Record attendees & products made for a successful event!

On February 29th a record 100 people representing AMX Dealers across Australia arrived at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, Kingscliffe NSW for what would be an extremely memorable and successful AMX Dealer Conference.

Attendees at the conference received valuable technical information and market intelligence on AMX product lines including the recently launched Novara & Solecis. 

The information was presented by the AMX Corp delegation which included AMX CEO and President, Rashid Skaf, Chief Technology Officer, Robert Noble, Endeleo Group Managing Director, Kevin Morrison and AutoPatch Group Product Manager, Paul Hand.

After returning from Infocomm and CEDIA in the US, AMX Australia invites you to attend the 07 Technology Seminars – powered by AMX.

AMX have released a number of new and exciting products set to explode into the Australian integrated systems market.

AMX Australia will be showcasing a complete suite of these new products, with Product Manager, Graham Barrett providing a presentation on the specifications and applications.

The seminars will also provide the opportunity for AMX dealers to commence ACE RMS Expert Certification with the RMS Essentials Course facilitated by AMX University Training Coordinator Chris Duckworth.

AMX New Zealand Expansion
Richard Nagle AMX New Zealand, a leader within the audiovisual industry, is pleased to announce the imminent appointment of Richard Nagle as National Business Development Manager overseeing AMX dealer relationships and fostering new business opportunities in the New Zealand market.

Richard will commence his role with AMX New Zealand on Monday 8 October 2007.

Based in Auckland, Nagle will be primarily responsible for growing the presence of AMX in the New Zealand integrated systems market.

With experience in a variety of markets including tertiary, residential, corporate and hospitality, Nagle has developed a holistic view on the integrated systems industry which will be of great benefit in his role at AMX New Zealand.

Planning for the highlight of the AMX year, the 2008 AMX Dealer Conference AMX08 is well underway and the date has now been set.

Friday 29 February - Sunday 2 March 2008.

This year the conference will be returning to Queensland.

AMX Dealer wins NECA Award

AMX Australia's 2007 Best Project Award Winner, AVD Australia's sister company, Project Connection have been awarded with the NECA Domestic Excellence Award.

The award was for their work, over four years, on a
residence in Sydney – creating a stunning and extremely smart house. This is the same house that AMX Australia awarded "Best Project Award" at the 2007 Dealer Conference in March.

Mark Littlefield of Project Connection said this is no ordinary home. “It could be the most electronically integrated residence ever built!”
